No Helmet, No Brain

I began this poster to try and get the message through to people that wearing helmets can save your life! My aim is to get more people wearing helmets than without. People do not realise that when you are cycling without a helmet on you are at risk of being hit by a car and having serious head injuries or worse. This poster also ties in with our Term 1 and 4 topics 'Identifying Hazards' and 'Keeping Ourselves Safe.'

I got the idea for this poster from our Term 1 and 4 topics- 'Identifying Hazards' and' Keeping Ourselves Safe.' I have used the programme 'Comic Life' to create my poster. During the process of designing my poster I mixed and matched images, colours, words and phrases to make my poster what it is now. I have learnt how important wearing a helmet actually is and also that creating a poster and putting it together is harder than you may think. I am happy with what I have produced because I did independently.
