Girls' Education

Minds Alive, Southland Girls' High School, Year 7&8. Teacher: Sharee Ineson.

This was completed as part of our Minds Alive Global Perspectives Learning.
The big Idea was " Education For All.
Learning Intentions Included:
Present information from a local , national and global perspective
Raise awareness on an issue using multi media.
Reflect on how understanding of issue has changed and on the individual contribution made to the group.
Connect research to the Millennium Development Goals.
Create a Comic life reflection presentation using a combination of apps.
The girls also complete a personal reflection and a CSI response to show changes in understanding.

This was a group reflection based on reflecting the group project plan, outcome and process.
The girls used cloud art to share words that described strengths of the way they worked together as a group.The post it visual shows strengths and weaknesses of the project outcome.The photo Mapo app images shows the group photo and normal comic life features show research that influenced Hannah W and Hannah H the most.
We also used the big huge labs website to create the bullentin board image.
