Investigate the life cycle of the Monarch Butterfly
Build up language associated with describing the life cycle Use ColAR App to make magic butterfly pictures /movie clips. Create a Book to use for shared reading. Curly was the butterfly in Rm 9 that was followed through its life cycle , including involving parents the night it came out of its chrysalis at meet the teacher night. The room 9 book recounts key stages and shares the images created by room 9 students in term one using the ColAR App. Mrs Ineson came in and showed us how the I pad could make our pictures become magic butterflies and fly off the page. We also presented our work in the classroom and used our completed book for shared reading.
